Zone Central’s support workers’ duties will include supporting young people within their local community and in our residential services to develop their skills, meet their individual needs, join holidays, and be encouraged to participate in a wide variety of activities.

We require our team members to believe in and follow Zone Central’s vision and opportunities in order to enable our young people to have enhanced life experiences. We will provide all training and knowledge required to do so, however the following experience would be desirable for this role:

• 1 year’s previous experience working with young people with additional needs
• Other relevant experience
• NVQ Level 3 (there are opportunities to gain this qualification through us)

Roles we are currently recruiting:

• Residential support workers (shift work & night workers) for our Sleepover service
• Community based Support Workers
• Skilled and experienced Family Support Workers who have experience of implementing family intervention and support programmes.
